This is the core group of tests that can provide a diagnosis and choice of the best treatment. It involves a sequence of basic tests in both partners such as an ultrasound scan, serological test, hormone analysis, sperm analysis, and the study of permeability of the tubes. It allows us to give a prognosis and determine the necessity of conducting further, more complicated, tests.
